Personna

Founded in 1875 by the Kampfe Brothers, in the USA, Personna were the first to introduce a safety razor to the public. Kampfe's Star Razor was the first razor to include a safety guard to protect the user from the bare blade. Forming the American Safety Razor company to market their razor, the brothers were pioneers in new shaving technology. They introduced a number of significant firsts to the shaving market including the first stainless steel blade, the first guarded blades, the first female disposable razor, and the first tungsten steel double edged blade.
