Returns & refunds
If you wish to return an item to us then please do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item must be returned in new, sealed and unused condition, in the original packaging. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or damaged by you. If you received any free gifts or promotional items with your order then these must also be returned for the item to be eligible for a refund. If you instruct Royal Mail to hold your parcel for collection and your parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect, you will be eligible for a refund of the goods purchased minus any shipping charges. If you refuse delivery or do not pass age verification checks and your parcel is returned to us you will be eligible for a refund of the goods purchased minus any shipping charges.

All items returned under conditions above, are eligible for a refund, however any return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.
Faulty items
If an item that you have purchased from us had developed a fault then please contact us with your order number and we can assist you further.
Refunds
Typically refunds will be processed between 1-2 business days after the item has been received by us. If you choose a refund rather than a replacement of the item, please allow a suitable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, as the time frame varies between payment providers.
